Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center:(no)
When getting notifications about "Share" button, noticed the date-time values are showing UTC time (GMT+0000), and even personal settings are set differently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a page and click "Share"
2. Input Name and message, and click "Share"

1. You'll get an email with the UTC timezone

Expected Results

It should be sent with the timezone set via personal settings

Actual Results

It will be sent with UTC timezone regardless of personal settings

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
