Create Jira issue - Restrict to one Jira project and issue type

      It would be great to provide to Confluence Admins the possibility to choose/restrict the visibility to only one Jira Project and issue type when selecting a Jira Project and issue type.

      Currently the system automatically filter the Jira projects based on the user visibility/restrictions/permissions.

      Steps to reproduce the scenario

      • Users highlight any text in confluence
      • select + Jira issue
      • User open the the Project dropdown
      • Open the Issue type dropdown
