      Current scenario

      Even though the document What does the lock icon mean? shows the icon for page restrictions should be slightly different, currently the same icon is used when a page doesn't have any restrictions and the page has editing restrictions, as shown on this screenshot.

      Suggested solution

      Update the page restriction icon, making it more clearer and user-friendly.
