      allow for

      {include:foo|edit-link=true}

      and

      {excerpt-include:foo|edit-link=true}

      We'd like to create pages that have "edit" links for specific sections of the content, and this feature would take us a long way towards being able to create such pages. Right now it is difficult (or not obvious how) to create the edit links to post with each include.
