The cover page did not work in pdf v2

      Issue Summary

      With V2 PDF , the pdf exported is misaligned as tables are places with lot of blank pages,cover page is lost etc.
      Adding @media instead of @page also did not help. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Export the page in pdf with attached css.

      Expected Results

      The pdf should be correctly aligned along with image displays. 

      Actual Results

      The pdf exported is misaligned and missing cover image.

      Workaround

      For now, the code is reverted to PDF V2
