Issue Summary
While it is possible to add a database macro and embedded database through a macro, when viewing the same Confluence pages where it is correctly working for licensed users, in the KB view as articles in the service desk portal as JSM customers, it is not possible to see the macro and it is displayed a URL link for the database instead.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a space and integrate with JSM to serve as a knowlegde base
- Create a confluence page
- Add a database macro
- Create a new database or embedded an existing one
- Login with a JSM customer account
- Search for the page in the service desk portal as a customer
Expected Results
The embedded database or the content from the macro database displays as expected
Actual Results
There is only a link to the database macro/page
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
