Issue Summary

Customers are reporting that some of their users are observing Team Calendars starting on Monday instead of Sunday even when their settings are configured in English (US) under their Global settings on their instances and personal settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access to Space Team Calendar
2. First day of the week will be Monday

Please note that this is not happening to all users under the Confluence instances.

Expected Results

The first day of the week showing on the calendars should be Sunday

Actual Results

The first day of the week showing on the calendars is Monday

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
