Issue Summary

"Fixed column widths" is not available with nested tables

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Page Properties macro
2. Add a table inside the Page Properties macro
3. Click the "Table options" button 

Expected Results

In the options will be present the "Fixed column widths" value

Actual Results

In the options will be NOT present the "Fixed column widths" value

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
