When setting up notifications for Confluence page updates in MS Teams, updates persist within the initial conversation thread instead of appearing as separate new messages. This behavior causes users to miss updates unless notifications are reconfigured.

2. Set up a notification for a Confluence page update to appear within a specific conversation thread in a Teams channel.
3. Update the Confluence page.
4. Observe the notification behavior in the Teams channel.

Expected Results

Each Confluence page update should appear as a separate new message in the Teams channel, ensuring higher visibility.

Actual Results

Confluence page update notifications continue to be posted within the existing thread, making it easy for users to miss updates.

Workaround

Remove all existing page notifications under all channels within the team, remove the Confluence Cloud app from the team and set them up again as new posts to receive separate new message notifications.
