Issue Summary

Even if a user has edit rights on the Jira filter and Confluence space, custom fields are not getting added to the Confluence space page's Jira filters.

This is reproducible in Confluence and Jira cloud.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a filter in Jira
2. Create a space in Confluence
3. Paste the Jira filter URL in Confluence, expand the filter and make it's size to fit to screen
4. Save / Update Confluence space
5. Click Edit on Confluence space
6. Add custom fields to the filter
7. Click on Update on Confluence 
8. Refresh the page
9. The added columns will not be saved

Expected Results

The filter should save custom fields in Confluence.

Actual Results

The custom field does not get saved.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
