Issue Summary
Some users are experiencing blank whiteboards in Confluence, while others are able to view the whiteboards without issues.
Steps to Reproduce
- Access a whiteboard in Confluence Cloud.
- Observe whether the whiteboard loads correctly.
- Some users will see a blank whiteboard, while others will see the content without issues.
Expected Results
The whiteboard should load correctly and display its content for all users.
Actual Results
Some users encounter a blank whiteboard when attempting to load it, while others are able to see the content as expected.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
