Allow JSM users/customers to be mentioned in Confluence KB by Confluence users

      We observe the JMS users without Confluence user license can access linked Confluence KB by following the instructions in the article, but they can't be mentioned by Confluence users on the KB page. It will be great if Confluence can support this.
