User Problem

Currently, the formatted content in the Jira issue is not reflected correctly in the Jira issues macro, it displays and a plain text. For example

1. Add any bullet points or numbered list content in the Jira issue.
2. Insert the Jira issues macro in confluence page to fetch the results.

Suggested Solution

Jira issue macro should support rich text, and display it for all issues when such a field, e.g. description, is enabled in the table.

Current workarounds

• Use Jira legacy macro which displays the content as updated
• Open the link in Jira to view the issue in full
