Issue Summary

Pages created with templates that have a index page, like the meeting notes template, does not keep page created under the folder hierarchy and places the page outside folder, under the index parent page automatically.
This does not happen if a page from the template is created as a children of another parent page.

This is extremely confusing as why it works with pages, but not with folders.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access a space, and create a folder section
2. Under that folder, create a new page with the 'Meeting notes' template by using the 'Quick Actions' section at the bottom to choose the template or using button "..." then "Templates & import doc" to choose the template.
3. Create a second page without using the template, outside the folder/index page hierarchy
4. Create a children page under this parent page using the meeting notes template

Expected Results

The page gets created successfully under that folder.

Actual Results

Page is placed automatically outside the folder and under the index page.

Workaround

Place the index page inside the folder section to have it created automatically under the folder hierarchy, or drag and drop the created meeting notes page under the folder manually.
