Issue Summary

Children display macro option "show all child pages" limits the list to 100 pages even though there are more pages under the parent page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a test space A.
2. Create a page B  in space A and publish it.
3. Create multiple (100+) child pages under the page B.
4. Edit page B and add a child pages/children display macro to the page
5. Turn on "show all child pages" toggle

Expected Results

The children display macro should display all the children pages

Actual Results

The children display macro only shows 100 pages even though "show all child pages" option is selected

Workaround

1. Turn off the "show all child pages" toggle and set a numerical limit manually under "Max number in the list" option.
OR
2. Turn on "show all child pages" toggle and change Display option >> sort order from "current" to "A-Z"
OR
3. Turn on "show all child pages" toggle and change "Maximum number of levels" manually
