Issue Summary

When exporting a page including its subpages using the custom export for space option the TOC macro is rendering the wrong numbering in the exported PDF.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a space export
2. Choose custom space export option for PDF export.
3. Include page numbers
4. create a export for a parent page including its child pages.

Expected Results

The exported page should have the correct numbering of the pages.

Actual Results

The page numbers are incorrectly displayed in the PDF export.

Workaround

Export the PDF without including the page numbers.
