Issue Summary

When a page in Confluence contains a bullet or numbered list with an image inserted within it, and the AI Macro is used to improve the writing, the text is converted into markdown format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page in Confluence.
2. Add a bullet list to the page.
3. Insert an image within the bullet list.
4. Use the AI Macro to improve the writing on the page.

Expected Results

The AI Macro should improve the writing without altering the format of the text.

Actual Results

The text within the bullet list, including the image, is converted into markdown format after using the AI Macro

Workaround

As a workaround, users can either use the AI in batches or remove the bullet list before using the AI Macro.
