In Confluence Cloud, it is possible to change the owner of a page, but not the creator of a page.

While the owner of a page change might help in some things, just changing it doesn't remove the creator of the page information on the page, like the avatar of who contributed on the page, even if the creator is not present on the page history as a contributor.

This is an issue when creator of the pages leave the company and their avatar still displays on the page and there is no way to remove it.

If the creator page is not possible to be removed of changed to the owner, it would be great to have an option to remove or hide the contributors who are no longer in the company.
