Issue Summary

Moving shapes inside a whiteboard doesn't move the comments inside some shapes

Steps to Reproduce

1) Inside a whiteboard, create two shapes(eg: circle shape and triangle shape).

2)Add comment to both shapes.

3)Move comments from first shape(circle) to second(triangle) shape.

4)Now try to move the triangle shape around , the comments do not move with the shape.

Expected Results

Comments in shape move with the shape.

Actual Results

Comments in second shape do not move with the shape.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
