Daily Digest off by default

      Please turn the Daily Digest feature off by default for all users. Many users complain about not receiving email notifications for comments, edits, etc..

      In many cases, the root cause is related to the Daily Digest settings which are on all the users by default for a new Confluence Cloud site.
