By default, different features from Atlassian Intelligence will provide the results based on the language configured at the Atlassian Account.

However, for the following features, the response will be in English:

• Smart values in Confluence automation - AI

{{page.aiSummary}} - an AI generated summary of a page 
{{page.aiActionItems}} - an AI generated list of action items of a page
{{blogpost.aiSummary}} - an AI generated summary of a blogpost 
{{blogpost.aiActionItems}} - an AI generated list of action items of a blogpost

If you use Automation AI template "Send an email with an AI-generated summary and action items when a meeting notes page is published" on Confluence, the user will get email in English.

Suggestion

Aligned with the availability of other languages for different features, this is a suggestion to allow the "AI Summary & Action Items Smart Values" features to work with the user's configured language as well.

Workaround

Use "Summarize with AI" action instead, and use the smart value below.
