Adding Jira Issue details from custom fields in Confluence databases does not populate data

      Problem

      When attempting to add Jira Issue details using certain custom field types, such as "Project Picker (single project)", the data does not populate in Confluence databases as expected.

      Environment

      • Confluence Cloud
      • Jira Software Cloud
      • Custom Field: Project Picker (single project)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to a Confluence page.
      2. Attempt to add Jira Issue details that include a custom field of type "Project Picker (single project)".
      3. Check the Confluence database to see if the information has been populated.

      Expected Results

      The details from the Jira custom field "Project Picker (single project)" should be populated and displayed in the Confluence databases.

       

      Actual Results

      The information from the custom field is not populated in the Confluence databases.
