Issue Summary

In Confluence Cloud Premium/Enterprise, users can see which users viewed the pages by Space/page analytics.
It also shows JSM(Jira Service Management) portal only customers who viewed the page via customer portal knowledge base.

Recently, when users see the Space/page analytics in detail, portal only customer's user name are not loaded.
It shows their user name as greyed-out field.

In the Confluence page, click "x people viewed". It shows the portal only customer user name

Then open detail analytics by clicking "More page analytics". Portal only customers user name are not loaded.

Space analytics does not show portal only customer name as well.

Exported analytics file (Space analytics > [Export Excel]) shows portal only customer name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Link confluence space and JSM project
2. Portal only customer view the article via customer portal
3. Agent / Confluence user review the analytics

Expected Results

Portal only customer's user name should be displayed in analytics details.

Actual Results

Portal only customer's user name are not loaded and displayed.

Workaround

Exported analytics file (Space analytics > [Export Excel]) shows portal only customer name.
