Issue Summary

Users use the Box with their custom domain like (<company>.box.com or <company>.ent.box.com).
They paste the Box content link in the Confluence page as a smart link.

If they select the smart link style in card or embed, it opens preview with URL: app.box.com

Also, if they create the smart link with custom domain in content tree ([+ create] > [Smart link]), open the created smart link Action[...] on upper-right > [Replace link], it shows the URL like app.box.com.

If their network does not allow accessing to app.box.com URL, users can't see the linked contents in Confluence.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use box custom domain
2. Paste the link of box custom domain in Confluence
3. Select the smart link style in a card or embed
4. Click [Open preview]

Expected Results

Smart link of box custom domain is not replaced to app.box.com

Actual Results

Smart link of box custom domain are replaced to app.box.com

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
