Remove the survey pop-up message for guest users

      Summary:

      Guest users are receiving a repetitive survey pop-up message (see screenshot), and this is annoying for them. And admins have no option to control and disable that.

      Suggestion:

      Please offer a way for end-users to discard and not receive again this survey pop-up message or an option for admins to control and disable this functionality.
