Issue Summary

When importing a Word document into Confluence, the expected behavior is that all content, including images, should be seamlessly transferred to the Confluence page. However, users have reported that the images contained in their Word documents are not being imported.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. To start, open a blank page by selecting Create in the top navigation (or by using the next to Pages in the sidebar). The template browser will open on the right.

1. Select the Import tab (next to Templates).

Expected Results

• All content from the Word document, including images, should be imported into Confluence.

Actual Results

• The images from the Word document are not being imported.

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
