Problem

The Company Hub feature in Confluence Cloud Premium and Enterprise currently lacks the option for users to modify the hub URL.

This limitation restricts organizations from tailoring the hub to better suit alternative purposes, such as creating a dedicated support hub.

Suggested Solution

Allow users to customize the Company Hub URL to align with specific organizational needs or branding strategies, enhancing the flexibility and usability of the hub.

Why This Is Important

Customizing the Company Hub URL would provide a more intuitive and branded experience for organizations, especially those repurposing it for support hubs or onboarding new users who may not have full Confluence access.

When new users are added to Confluence, the support hub link will be on the global navigation. This will be an excellent starting point for new Confluence users.

Workaround

There is no existing workaround to modify the Company Hub URL within the current feature set. This capability would require direct implementation in Confluence.
