      Issue Summary

When editing a page in the Confluence Cloud iOS application (on iPhone or iPad), some items in the editing toolbar are not visible until after you have entered some text.

For example, when creating a new item in a list, the Indent button is not visible whilst the list item is empty, but appears after you start typing in the list.

The same behaviour is observed in other scenarios, such as applying styles to text.

      Steps to Reproduce

Scenario 1 - List indentation toolbar buttons

      1. When editing a list, tap Return on the keyboard to create a new list item
      2. Observe that the toolbar buttons to increase or decrease the indentation level are not visible
      3. Type a character and observe that the toolbar buttons become visible

Scenario 2 - Text style toolbar buttons (bold, italic)

      1. When editing text, click the Style button ("Aa"), to open the Style options, and apply the bold and italic styles
      2. Press the "X" to close the Style options and return to the document
      3. Observe that the bold and italic buttons in the toolbar are not highlighted
      4. Type a character and observe that the bold and italic buttons become highlighted

      Expected Results

In both scenarios, the correct toolbar options should be visible whether you or not you have entered some text

      Actual Results

In both scenarios, the correct toolbar options are only visible after you have entered some text

      Workaround

The workaround for this situation is to type at least one character to make the toolbar options visible, and then use the relevant toolbar button.
