Issue Summary

From Confluence site settings, under the Space Permissions setting, when accessing the bulk permissions section and trying to return back to the Space permissions setting by clicking on the tab above (back button), this link is loaded ".../wiki/admin/permissions/space-permissions/allspaces" instead of ".../wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence site settings
2. Then Space Permissions setting
3. Under the 'Add People to all spaces' section, click on the button 'Choose a user or a group' which will bring you to the bulk permissions section
4. Now from there click on the back button '< Space permissions'

Expected Results

You should be brought back to the Space Permissions setting under this link ".../wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action".

Actual Results

You are actually redirected to a blank page with two tabs "All spaces" and "Defaults" under this link ".../wiki/admin/permissions/space-permissions/allspaces".

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
