Issue: Difficulty Finding Two-Letter Confluence Space in Jira Incident Management Post-Incident Review Settings

When configuring Jira Incident Management for Post-Incident Review (PIR) within the Confluence settings, you may encounter an issue with the space selection feature.

In the Confluence settings, under the option “Select a Confluence space to save exported post-incident reviews,” it is expected that all Confluence spaces will be searchable. However, if you have spaces with shorter names, such as those with only two letters, you might experience difficulties finding them in the search.

For example, if you have two spaces—one named “ISA” and another named “IS”—you will be able to search for and find the "ISA" space without any issues. However, the space named "IS" will not appear in the search results, as demonstrated below.

      Current Status:

At present, there is no direct workaround available to resolve this search limitation for two-lettered Confluence spaces.

      Workaround:

To overcome this, it is recommended to create Confluence spaces with at least three letters or more in the name. This will ensure that the space is searchable within the Post-Incident Review configuration in Jira Incident Management.
