"Copy link to heading" in edit mode uses URL from the editor

      Issue Summary

      When editing a page, if you click on a "Copy link to heading" icon beside a heading, the heading URL will refer to the editor link.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new page
      2. Include a heading (h1~h6) and click on the "Copy link to heading" icon
      3. On the same page, include a Link macro and past the heading URL copied on the previous step
      4. Publish the page
      5. Click on the heading link

      Expected Results

      Once you click the heading link, you should be redirected to the heading in view mode

      Actual Results

      When clicking on the heading link, you will be redirected to the page in edit mode

      Workaround

      After the headings are included, publish the page and copy the heading links on view mode
