As new features are released in Confluence, it is imperative that admins are able to track adoption of these features to ensure they are getting the most out of their cloud investment and making sure to identify potential areas of opportunity.

With Whiteboards, we are potentially coming in and helping to replace some mural or miro licenses, so, it is important that we are able to surface analytics for the customer in the form of unique users leveraging whiteboards, open whiteboards and number of views, active users month over month, etc. These analytics will help move the needle towards full adoption of the feature and help make important consolidation decisions for the business in order to ensure ROI.
