Issue Summary
When utilizing the Admin Key feature to access pages using the Legacy Editor, we encounter issues with the following macros.
Jira Legacy Macro
When accessing pages that contain the Jira Legacy macro with the Total issue count option while using the Admin Key feature, we notice a continuous "Getting issues" message looping indefinitely.
Expand Macro
The Expand macro does not expand when using Admin key. The same works if we navigate to different page and come back to the impacted page and then expand macro works.
This even works when we are not using Admin key.
This is reproducible: Yes
Steps to Reproduce for Jira Legacy Macro
- Insert a Jira Legacy Macro on a page which uses the Legacy Editor.
- In the macro configuration page, go to the Display options and select the Total issue count option.
- Save the changes.
- Restrict the page.
- Access the page utilizing the Admin key feature.
Steps to Reproduce for Expand Macro
- Create a page in Legacy editor.
- Add a Expand macro to the page.
- Add Restrictions to the page.
- Request any administrator to access the page using Admin key. Check if user can expand the expand macro.
- If user is unable to expand the expand macro, Request the user to navigate to different page and come back to the imacted page and try to expand the expand macro.
- This time it will work.
Expected Results
User should be able to expand the expand macro using Admin key and number of Jira issues should be displayed.
Actual Results
User is unable to expand the expand macro using Admin key and observing the "Getting issues" message looping indefinitely.
Workaround
Since the issue is not noticed in the new editor, We can convert the page to new editor or navigate to different page and come back to the impacted page.
