Suggestion
I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Confluence that allows admins to recover space permissions directly from the page where they encounter a restriction. Currently, admins must navigate to confluence settings> space permission> to access this option. Introducing a 'Recover Space Permissions' button on the restriction message screen (like "admin key" feature) would streamline the process and improve admin efficiency.
The enhancement would allow administrators to recover or manage space permissions directly from the page where they encounter a restriction, rather than navigating through multiple settings menus.
Current Process: As it stands, administrators have to go through a series of steps: accessing Confluence settings, then space permissions, to adjust permissions when they find a restricted page.
Proposed Improvement: The proposal suggests adding a 'Recover Space Permissions' button directly on the page's restriction message screen. This would function similarly to the "admin key" feature, which allows admins temporary access to restricted content.
Benefits: By implementing this feature, the process would be more streamlined, reducing the time and effort required for administrators to manage permissions, thereby improving efficiency.
