Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: no

Users with JSM customer role are trying to Access knowledge base articles from confluence space:

• When accessed directly in confluence they are able to load the draw.io diagrams
• when accessed via JSM portal the page is loading but the draw.io diagrams fail to load.

Steps to Reproduce

For Users with JSM customer role:

• works fine: 
  • Confluence link: https://<yoursite.atlassian.net>/wiki/spaces/SS/pages/<pageID>/<article>
• Does not work:
  • JSM portal link: https://<yoursite.atlassian.net>/servicedesk/customer/article/<pageID> 

Expected Results

Users should be able to access the Draw.io Diagrams in the JSM KB article.

Actual Results

Users are not able to access the Draw.io Diagrams in the JSM KB article.
