Issue Summary

After converting pages from the legacy editor to the new editor in Confluence Cloud, the recently updated page owner is incorrectly reverting to the original page owner or creator.

Steps to Reproduce

1. User A create a new legacy page
2. User A change owner of Page to User B
3. User A edit and convert the page to fabric.
4. Page Owner changed back to original creator User A.

Expected Results

After conversion, User B should retain ownership of the page.

Actual Results

After Conversion, system inaccurately assigns ownership back to original creator of legacy page, leading to discrepancies in user ownership.

Workaround

Target user can create a copy of the legacy editor page first and convert it instead. However, it's crucial to note that this workaround does not retain the page history, posing limitations on version tracking.
