Currently, it's possible to add Jira fields to Confluence Databases and display values for the target Jira Issues directly in the defined columns for that.

As stated in the documentation, "Note that values in this field will be read-only, and they can only be edited from Jira". This feature request asks for the possibility of editing the values for those fields directly from Confluence Databases (when the current user has permission to do that in Jira).
