Custom emojis in page title headers aren't visible for anonymous users

      Issue Summary

      Custom emojis used in Confluence page headers aren't visible for anonymous users.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upload a custom emoji.
      2. Add the emoji to your Confluence page title in the header (see Add an emoji to a title)
      3. Publish the page.
      4. Set the site and space to anonymous access.
      5. View the page anonymously.

      Expected Results

      Custom emoji should display. When viewed as a logged-in user:

      Actual Results

      The emoji does not display. When viewed as an anonymous user:

      Note: The custom emojis do show in the page content, just not in the title. They also do not display in the sidebar page tree as they do for logged in users.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
