Task report macro unable to render Jira issues into smart links smart link

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page A and publish it.
2. Add some action items to the page.
3. Create a Jira issue using text from the action item.
4. The Jira issue gets created successfully and a smart link is shown in action item.
5. Create a Task report macro with the same action items on the page.
6. The Jira links in the task report macro is not rendered into smart link.

Expected Results

1. The Jira issue links in the task report macro is not rendered into smart link.

Actual Results

Smart links resolve within action items, but when those same action items are displayed in the task report macro, the smart links don't resolve and just show the URL (except Jira links, which do show more information but not as smart links). 

Workaround

Create issue using Jira macros instead of "create issue" to be shown in task report macro.
