Issue Summary

When printing a page to PDF in Confluence Cloud via the browser-native print function (e.g. CMD+P or CTRL+P) the outputted PDF shows a page header.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a page in Confluence Cloud
2. Print the page to PDF via browser-native print (CMD+P / CTRL+P)
3. Check the output PDF

Expected Results

The page would normally be printed as a PDF.

Actual Results

The page is indeed printed to PDF, however, it shows a page header on the top.
