Summary

Custom domains were recently rolled out in Confluence Cloud. As such it's not possible to connect to a Custom Domain from within Slack.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up custom domains
2. Go to a Slack channel to set up connection to Confluence
3. Enter `/confluence login subdomain.subdomain.domain.tld`

Expected Results

A login prompt is shown and we're able to connect to a Confluence site

Actual Results

An message is shown instead:

That doesn't look like a Confluence Cloud site URL. The command should look like this: /confluence login mysite.atlassian.net.

If we try to use the standard address ending in atlassian.net we will be redirected to a blank page

Workaround

• Temporarily disable custom domains to set up the Confluence - Slack integration.
