Issue Summary

Change the color to black inside the color schema causes to set the text to white for the items inside the navigation bar, but, it also changes the color of the text inside the "App switcher"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to site.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/color-scheme
2. Set the background color to black 
3. Save and reload the page
4. Click "App Switcher" 
5. Hover the move on the existing elements

Expected Results

The color of the text should be something that contrasts with the color of the page

Actual Results

The color of the text is white when you hover the mouse on the existing elements

Workaround

Change the schema color to background white
