Summary

Unable to download attachments with file name starting with dot(.)  (ex .bashrc , .landscape )

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload an attachment to a Confluence page
2. Go to Attachments > Properties and change the name to start with (.) and click save 
3. Try to download the attachment from the attachment section.

Expected Results

• File is downloaded

Actual Results

• 'Results in ' 404 Not Found ' is loaded in the page.

Workaround

• Rename filename to remove '.' from the file name.
