Issue Summary

In JSM , External resources, if you add an external website link then Jira fetches the Favicon from external website.

This Favicon is fetched in inconsistent sizes. For Crosser it fetches 16x16 , If you add a youtube link , Jira fetches 32x32 favicon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a JSM Project > Project Settings > External Resources > Add URL and save.
2. From Network logs we can see Jira fetches 16x16 favicon size.
3. Then Navigate to Customer Portal in same project > You will see the resources loading with 24x24 pixels.
4. Now add Youtube URL in External resources. 
5. Notice that we are fetching 32x32 favicon size.

This is inconsistent across different websites. 

Expected Results

We should fetch same size favicon and update the documentation to customer.

Actual Results

Favicon size is inconsistent while fetching from external sites.

Workaround

None at the moment.
