Issue Summary

There will be times when Word export fails while using the Legacy editor and inserting an image via URL.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (NA)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page with the Legacy Editor
2. Insert an image using the "image from the web" option and insert the URL of the image
3. Publish the page
4. Click on Export -> Export to Word
5. Export will fail.

Expected Results

The page should be exported correctly

Actual Results

Page export will fail and there will be an error:

Workaround

PDF export will work correctly for the page.
