Improve error message - 'Data copy couldn't schedule' when trying to copy production data to a Confluence Sandbox

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
      The error thrown when trying to copy production data to a Confluence Sandbox is not informative, it's quite generic.

      Data copy couldn't schedule
      Try to schedule a data copy process again.
      if this keeps happening contact support

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As a user with no product admin access either on the source or target COnfluence site
      2. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
      3. Select Products > Sandbox.
      4. Under Actions in the product table, select Copy production data.
      5. Choose Copy data with attachments or Copy data without attachments.
      6. Review the data to be copied.
      7. Select Copy data.

      Expected Results

      The error thrown must indicate what is missing in terms of permissions. like below
      “could not start copy of production data to sandbox because your account has no product admin rights on source product”

      Actual Results

      Right now the error looks like below:

      Data copy couldn't schedule
      Try to schedule a data copy process again.
      if this keeps happening contact support

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
