Issue Summary

The Table of Content Zone macro does not show the proper name and information when publishing a page. Users cannot search the macro from the macro menu or /  shortcut using the macro name. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page with some headings
2. Search for the Table of Content Zone macro
3. Add the macro that is showing as "Org.randombits.confluence.toc.toc-zone.label"
4. Publish the page

Expected Results

Table of Content Zone macro displays the headings of the pages

Actual Results

Headings of the pages are showing duplicate in view mode. The macro is not showing the proper name in view and edit mode.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
