User Problem

Currently, it is only possible to either add or remove custom emoji in Confluence. It is not possible to update an existing custom emoji.

Suggested Solutions

To include update custom emoji feature in Confluence.

Some use cases where a team may wish to change an emoji, rather than replace it:

• Change company logo
• Update or change app iconography
• Update or change organisational symbology
• Update or change visual style
• Update the name of the custom emoji
