Respective 'Include Excerpt' should not break when the 'Excerpt' macro's name changes

      Summary:
      Respective 'Include Excerpt' should not break when the 'Excerpt' macro's name changes

      Steps to Replicate:
      1. Have an except macro on page A and its respective include excerpt macro on Page B.
      2. Change the name of the except macro on the page A
      3. The 'include macro' on page B will break.

      It would be great if the 'include except' macro adjusted itself as per the change in the name of the 'excerpt' macro.
