Issue Summary

When a user without page restore permissions tries to restore an archived Confluence database, an incorrect error message is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create any Confluence database and archive it.
2. Now login as another user who doesn't have archive permissions for pages in space settings.
3. Try to restore the Confluence database from Archive. You will get an error message that you don't have permission for it.
4. Now click restore again. You will get an error message "Your team is processing a large number of items. Try again later, after the queue has time to clear". The screenshot is attached.

Expected Results

When a user without page restore permissions tries to restore an archived Confluence database, the application should send a consistent message that the user doesn't have the required permissions.
 

Actual Results

When a user without page restore permissions tries to restore an archived Confluence database, an incorrect message is displayed.

Workaround

Please check the permissions in space settings and verify if you have permission to archive a page.
